Refund policy

Returns

Returns of unused items in their original packaging are allowed within 30 days only. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once returned items have been inspected and approved, the customer will be refunded in the original form of payment or a replacement product will be sent.

Please note, we do not accept returns of books and toy pouches.

Damaged/Defective Merchandise

Please inspect your purchase upon receipt, and contact us if the item is damaged or if the incorrect item has been sent.
